The Brazilian midfielder revealed that the Wales international is eager to move to Camp Nou and admitted that he also wants to try his luck at the Catalan club.
Tottenham star Gareth Bale is interested in a move to Barcelona, his teammate Sandro has declared.
The Wales international has been linked with a new challenge in the summer as Spurs are reportedly open to the idea of selling their prized assets if they fail to qualify for the Champions League.
Barca has been credited with an interest in Bale in recent months, and Sandro believes that the 22-year-old is eager to further his career at Camp Nou.
"Gareth is calm, but I am sure that he would like to play at Barca," he told COM Radio.
Earlier on Tuesday, Barcelona right back Daniel Alves revealed his admiration for Bale, who moved to White Hart Lane in 2007.
Sandro then admitted that he would also like to ply his trade with the Blaugrana.
"I will work hard to play at Barca some day, because they are the best club in the world," the Brazilian added.
Spurs are fourth in the Premier League standings, level on points with fifth-placed Newcastle.
